GENERAL

Your privacy is important to us and therefore we will not disclose any of the information you have provided (other than to your referrer) without your prior permission.

SECURITY

• All customer and payment records will be kept in a computer file and/or filing cabinet which will be kept locked.


• Computer back-ups will be completed at the end of each working week.


• All records will be kept for a maximum of 4 years for the last consultation and then shredded.


• All on-line financial transactions will be conducted in a secure environment.


• All customer records will remain confidential.
